We are experienced in almost all the Departments of our country: the sierras in Minas, the coastline in the south, the basaltic soils in the northern region, and the best agricultural land, in the western border of the country.
Management:
There is no such thing as an unproductive land
We offer advice and management to agricultural companies, supported on appropriate planning, organization, direction, follow-up, and control.
Our services include managing major beef cattle and sheep fairs and exhibitions, the production of different agricultural crops, forest plantations, etc.
Year-Round Services
Our clients are monthly supplied with every information required to be updated on the development of their business, including:
- Information on the bank accounts of each business.
- Detailed information on all the expenditures associated to the operation: salaries and wages, cattle feed, veterinarian products, cattle purchases, equipment leases, freight, agricultural costs, taxes, insurance, etc.
- Detailed information on the variation of cattle stocks: purchases, births, sales, in-house consumption, deaths
- The fiscal year for agricultural businesses runs from July 1 to June 30
At the beginning of each fiscal year, we prepare a general income and expenditures budget for each business, and at the end of the fiscal year we prepare the general balance sheet of the operation.
